<2025/7/2 Update>
■ Downloading and Installing
1. Before the livestream starts, the download button will appear at the top right corner of the set up page. Once the livestream begins, the button will be temporarily hidden and will reappear after the livestream ends.
⒉ Download and install the OBS plug-in.
※ Supported in Chinese, Japanese, and English
※ To ensure successful installation, please install the Windows version in the default C drive > obs-studio folder (do not place it in a subfolder under obs-studio). This will prevent abnormal paths from causing OBS to fail to automatically detect the installation directory and affecting the installation process.
※ If your computer is running macOS, please make sure to drag the OBS icon into the “Applications” folder during installation; otherwise, the plugin will not be displayed properly.
⒊ After closing and restarting the OBS software, you can begin using the plug-in features.
■ Login Method
● After installation, click “17LIVE” → “Log In.”
※ The login method only supports 17LIVE account login. If you forget your password, you can reset it through the “Forgot Password” option or contact Customer Support.
■ Livestream Settings
● After logging in, go to the top navigation bar and click “17LIVE” → “17LIVE Panel” → “Broadcast” to enter the livestream settings.
● You can adjust the livestream settings as needed, and then start streaming.
※ Click “Save settings” at the bottom left. Afterwards, you can simply go to “17LIVE” → “Live Stream List” and select the saved settings to start livestreaming.
※ The following feature settings can only be modified before going live. Once the livestream starts, they will be locked and cannot be changed during the broadcast:

② Archive live stream
③ Auto-publish preview
④ Allow live clip role
⑤ Are you a virtual streamer?
● If you wish to enable a custom event, expand the “﹀” menu to create or end a custom event.
● If you wish to enable the Group Call feature, please activate the relevant settings first, and use the in-app remote control to invite or join a Group Call.
※ When joining a Group Call via the OBS plug-in, the system will automatically switch to WHIP streaming, so no manual configuration is required by the streamer.
※ If your app region is set to outside of TW/HK/JP, this feature will not be available. After clicking “Start Live,” the message “Live streaming is temporarily not supported in this region” will be displayed.
※ If you are already live and click “Start Live” again, the message “Currently streaming, operation temporarily unavailable” will be displayed.
■ Feature Introduction

● Help / Check for Updates: Streamers can click “Help” to view the OBS FAQ page, or click “Check for Updates” to visit GitHub and download the latest version of the OBS plug-in.
● OBS will automatically record and apply your previously adjusted window positions to ensure the same operating environment upon your next login.
● If the livestream is unexpectedly disconnected, the system will automatically display a reminder and attempt to reconnect. If connection fails 10 consecutive times, the system will ask whether you want to end the livestream.
