Now Group Call is available under OBS. You can get on a Group Call when streaming via OBS, making the livestream more engaging!

■ Settings
● Before the livestream
.Hit ① Group → Click ② Go LIVE
● During the Livestream
.Click “Group” on the top right and switch to a group call.

■ Settings on OBS
● Before starting a livestream, please head to 17.live → Streaming Settings → Enable Group Call so that you can use the feature via OBS.
※ Click to check the instructions
● After hitting “Creating streaming,” the URL and Bearer Token will be generated.
● Please paste the information to OBS Studio.
※ To use the Group Call feature, please select “WHIP” for OBS Studio. (Please refer to Stream with OBS for more information)
● Select “Advanced” for the Output Mode, and make it 2s for “Keyframe interval (0=auto).”
● After everything has been set up, head back to 17.live and hit “Start Streaming.”
● After starting your OBS stream, use "Remote Controller" to enter your livestream, and click on the "Group Call" button at the top right of the livestream to switch modes.
※ The "Remote Controller" refers to using the 17LIVE app on your phone to control the livestream while streaming through OBS.
※ To avoid echo caused by the sound from the "Remote Controller," we recommend the following solutions:
.Use headphones to listen to chat.
.Keep a distance between the "Remote Controller" and the computer's audio equipment.
.Mute the computer's microphone.
■ Inviting People to a Group Call
● When you receive a hand-raise request from a viewer or want to invite someone to join the call, tap the "+" icon at the top right corner of the livestream to add a member.
● Select the person you want to invite from the list. You can invite up to 9 people.
※ Users in the visitor list who raise their hands will be sorted from top to bottom based on the most recent request.
● In the selection list, you can kick out any guests who have joined. If the user is currently in a group call with you, they will also be kicked out of the live room.

■ Joining a Group Call
● Click the icon "🤚" below to apply to join the group call. Once the streamer approves, you can join the group call.
※ If the room is full, you’ll be placed in the queue and notified when a spot becomes available. You can also tap the “🤚” icon again to cancel your request.
※ If you leave the livestream, your request to join will be canceled automatically.
●After the streamer invites you to join the group call, an invitation notification will appear at the top of the livestream. Click the checkmark to join the group call.
※ If you accidentally exit the livestream, you can still join the group call through the 17LIVE Butler.
