▼ How to delete your account?
● Head to Profile → Advanced Settings →Click “Delete Account” and follow the steps to have your account deleted.
● Please indicate the reason as to why you are deleting your account.
● Please read the following page carefully before you continue with the process, followed by clicking “Confirm.”

▼ How to reactivate the account that has been deleted
You can reactivate your account by simply logging into the platform within the following 30 days after you deleted your account.
※ If your account is not restored within 30 days, it will be permanently deleted from the 17LIVE App and website after 30 days.
Note
※ The previously linked login method/phone number can only be used again after 30 days, once the deletion is complete.
※ Any Baby Coins or earnings you hold will be deleted and will no longer be accessible.
※ If you have an army subscription through the app, please manually cancel the auto-renewal in the app. For web-based army subscriptions, the system will automatically cancel the subscription.
※ If you have a subscription to the Premium plan, please manually cancel the auto-renewal in the app.
※ Accounts belonging to contracted streamers whose agreements have not yet expired cannot be deleted.
