■You forgot your username
Please contact us and provide the phone number linked to the account for further assistance.
■You forgot your password
Please go to the login page and click on “Forgot password.” You can then reset your password via your email address or phone number.
・If your account is not linked to a verified email address or phone number, you won't be able to reset your password using this method. In that case, please contact us for assistance.
■ You forgot which third-party service you use to log in
Please contact us and provide your 17LIVE username or the phone number linked to the account for further assistance.
■ You forgot your account or password for the third-party service
Please visit the third-party platform's page, such as Facebook, Line, X, Google, or Apple, and follow the steps provided by that platform to recover your original account or password. You can also contact the customer support of the third-party platform for further assistance.
・Please note that the specific steps may vary depending on the third-party platform you are using.
■ You can’t log in from a third-party service
Please log in to the third-party platform first, such as Facebook, Line, X, Google, or Apple. After that, open the 17LIVE app and click on the corresponding option to complete the third-party platform login.
・If you still can't log in, please go to the login page and click on "Forgot password" to reset your password.
■ You can’t log in from a third-party service because you have deleted the third-party account
Please contact us and we will help you remove the third-party access so that you will be able to log in with a username and password.
■ Your username has been reset due to the violation of our guidelines
If your account username has been reset due to a violation, please contact us for assistance.
■ You have deleted your 17LIVE account
If you have deleted your account yourself within 30 days, you can log in by using the same login method and selecting the option to recover your account. However, if you have deleted your account yourself and it has been more than 30 days, your account will be permanently deleted from the 17LIVE App and website. In that case, you will need to register a new account.
■ Your account has been suspended
If your account has been suspended due to a community guidelines violation, it may not be possible to reverse the suspension, and you may no longer be able to access your account. If you have any concerns or questions about the account suspension, please contact us for assistance.
■ Identity theft
If your account has been illegally accessed and you are unable to log in, we recommend that you immediately report the incident to the appropriate government agency and obtain a copy of the police report or incident report. Afterwards, provide this report to our customer service team for assistance. We will then forward the information to the relevant departments for documentation and further investigation.
.It is recommended that you complete phone number and email verification in advance. That way you can use the Forgot password option in the future to reset your password and log in.

To comply with Apple's revised privacy policy effective May 1st, 2024, 17LIVE has implemented updates related to Facebook login in version v3.277.0, released on April 23, 2024. Therefore, if you upgrade your app to v3.277.0 and do not grant 17LIVE permission to "tracking" and then log out and log back in again, you may encounter login issues.
.Areas Affected
To encounter the issue, users must meet all of the following conditions simultaneously:
1. Using an iOS device and logging in via Facebook.
2. Have not granted 17LIVE the 'tracking' permission.
3. Attempted to log out or reinstall the 17LIVE app after updating to version 3.277.0, and then logged in using Facebook.
.How to solve this issue:
1. Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → Allow Apps to Request to Track → Locate “17LIVE” and Turn on.
2. Delete the 17Live App and then reinstall. Upon launching the app, a prompt window asking for 'tracking' permission pops up, select 'Allow'.
