Email Verification: you can use your email to reset your password if you forgot it.
※Minimum requirement of operating system:
iOS：v3.256.0
Android：v2.171.0
● Login page → Tap “Sign in with 17LIVE.”
● Tap “Forgot password” on the bottom left to reset your password via your email address or phone number.

● Enter the email address linked with the account to reset your password.
※ A six-digit verification code will be sent to your email.
● Set up a new password
※ Passwords must be 8-20 alphanumeric characters in length, and we recommend using a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, as well as numbers, to enhance password strength.
※ For security purposes, we recommend that you create a unique password.
※ Avoid using easily guessable passwords with obvious meanings, such as birthdays, phone numbers, ID card numbers, or personal information.

● Head to “Forgot password” page → Tap “Or try phone number verification.”
● Enter the phone number linked with the account to reset your password.
※ A six-digit verification code will be sent to your phone number.
