VIP users can check membership information and exclusive events in the VIP page. They can also use their points to redeem gifts.

▼ What is the VIP Program?
17LIVE offers premium VIP-exclusive services that provide you with a more favorable top-up experience and special offers. When you top up to a certain amount on the VIP page, you can earn corresponding points and redeem exclusive rewards.
※ Membership requires a monthly renewal, and your membership status resets on the 1st of each month. Rules may vary across regions. Please refer to the membership details for your region.
● Go to “Profile” → tap VIP to check VIP information, points, exclusive events, etc.

■ Check Rewards
● Tap “Check Rewards” to check available items to redeem.
● After tapping “Claim,” you can set up the reward in My Style.
※ Some of the rewards cannot be claimed through this process. Please click “Request” and fill in the sheet for membership rewards. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact @17VIP.
※ After you have successfully claimed the reward, the system will send you an in-app message.

After you top up to a certain amount of Baby Coins, you are entitled to the privileges of being at a V Level.
▼ Loyalty Points
When you have topped up to a certain amount, you are entitled to corresponding points. The points can be used to redeem gifts. You can head to “Profile” → “Loyalty Points” to check the points you have and the history.

※ The VIP membership period is calculated from 00:00 on the 1st of each month to 23:59 on the last day of the month (GMT +8)
※ All membership rewards are non-transferable and non-retainable, and must be redeemed within the current month. If not redeemed, they will reset to zero on the 1st of each month.
※ VIP membership only takes the accumulated top-up amounts in the VIP and VIPbaby programs into account. Bonus points received are not included in the calculation.
