When VIPs have topped up to a certain amount, they are entitled to corresponding points. The points can be used to redeem gifts.

● To check your points, head to “Profile” → “VIP” → “My VIP Loyalty Points”
■ Loyalty Points
● Click “Loyalty Points” to check the list
※VIP channel will be displayed based on your App region
■ Prizes
● Click “Prizes” to check the information regarding loyalty points.
● Click “?” on the top right to check the description about Loyalty Points

▼ Redeem Rewards
■ VIP Loyalty Points Store
● Under the “Loyalty Points” tab, you can check the total points you have in your region. You can see available rewards and your redeem history after tapping “Loyalty Points Store.”
※ If you’ve never had any loyalty points, you won’t see the store.
● Select the reward you’d like to redeem to check the details.
※ The store only shows how many points you have in the region you choose.
● After tapping “Redeem,” you will see a screen indicating you have successfully redeemed the reward and also receive an in-app message. You can set up your reward in My Style.
※ If the reward is giftable, you will see a toggle option below. After you’ve successfully gifted the reward, you will receive an in-app message.
※ If you exchange the same item multiple times, the valid days will not accumulate. Only the longest duration from your latest exchange will be considered as available.
※If you did not receive the prize after redeeming, please contact the VIP team and provide the screenshot of successful redemption for them to assist you.
※ Some custom rewards require you to fill in personal information before redemption.

● Tap “Redeemed” to check your redeem history.

① Head to “Profile” → “MY VIP Loyalty Points” → “Loyalty Points” and click “VIP Telegram”
※VIP channel will be displayed based on your App region. To contact the VIP in the other region, please go to “Profile” → “Advanced Settings” → “Select Region”
② You can use the required app to add the VIP team on your list, or click the following link to go to the corresponding VIP channel
