■ Ranking Up
There are 16 ranks in the brand-new growth system. It takes different requirements to move up a rank.
・White/Silver: Streamers at White 1 to Silver 5 will be in competition with those at the same rank based on the performance of their streams on the day. They will receive Rank Points based on the number of Snacks they gain on the day.
.Gold: Streamers at Gold 1-Gold 5 will receive Rank Points based on the performance of their livestreams on the day (if they have met the minimum requirement).
■ Rank Points
The Snacks and gifts streamers receive during livestreams will be reflected on “Snack Score,” which is used to determine Rank Point. The higher the Rank Point is, the higher the hourly wage can be, with a promise of higher Achievement Score.
Based on the result, streamers can get one of the following Rank Points: -1 / 0 / +1
Ranking Up: when the streamer has “+2,” they will rank up and enjoy more hourly wage.
Ranking down: when the streamer has “-3,” they will rank down and get less hourly wage.
※ Different gifts can carry different Snack Score.
※ Only contracted streamers are entitled to the system where hourly wage can increase as a result of ranking up. Hourly wage will be calculated according to the rank the streamer is at on a daily basis.
※ “Valid hours” are taken into account in the calculation of the hourly wage contracted streamers can enjoy. Only streams lasting for at least 30 minutes can contribute to valid hours.” A streamer can have at most 120 minutes of valid time per day.

■ Off Days
Each month, streamers can select 10 days as off days according to their own stream schedules. During off days, the fact that they don’t start streams will not impact their ranks. Once the streamer starts a livestream during an off day, that day will no longer be considered as an off day. The streamer can still manually set it to be an off day according to their plans or the performance of the stream.
※ Unused off days will be reset at the end of every month and will not be carried over to the next month. On the first day of every month, streamers will get 10 off days.
※ If the streamer streams all the way to the next day, the next day will not be considered as an off day either.
