▼ What is Army?
Army is a premium feature with which users get to enjoy certain privileges during livestreams (e.g. Army exclusive gifts, entry animation, etc.). Users can subscribe to multiple streamers’ armies at the same time and help them win events.
▼ Subscribe to an Army Plan
■ On the Website
● Army page： https://17.live/army
● Click “Join Now”
● Select the streamer you’d like to subscribe to.
● ① select the rank and ② select the plan to subscribe to become an Army member.
Please check the details once more to ensure you subscribe to the correct streamer.

● Head to the profile page of the streamer you’d like to subscribe to → Tap the “Army” icon.
● Go to “Profile” and select “Army Subscription.”
● Tap “Check Perks”
※ If it’s your first time to purchase the subscription, please refer to “ ? “ Rule for Army.”

● When you purchase, renew, or upgrade a streamer’s Army plan during their stream, it will trigger celebratory animations and system messages in the streamroom.
※ If you aren’t in the streamroom when you purchase, renew, or upgrade your subscription plan, the animation and system message will be triggered the next time you enter their stream.
※ If you toggle on the “Invisible Setting” (V Level 8 or higher), the animation and system message won’t be displayed.
※ Animations vary based on subscription plan. The screenshot below is for demonstration purposes only.
※ Celebratory animations for subscriptions are only supported in-app.

● Go to the Army Page and choose the streamer you’d like to unsubscribe from.
※ If your subscription was purchased on the website, please use the website to cancel your subscription.
※ The cancellation will only be applied to the following month and onwards; the current subscription cannot be canceled.
※ After the cancellation, your army privileges will remain and cannot be ended before they expire.
■ On the App
● iOS: Settings → “Apple ID, iCloud+, Media & Purchases” → “Subscriptions”→ “Cancel Subscription”
● Android：
1. Head to https://play.google.com/store/account
2. Find “Subscription” and click “Cancel subscription”
※ If your subscription was purchased on the app, please cancel using the app.
※ The cancellation will only be applied to the following month and onwards; the current subscription cannot be canceled.
※ After the cancellation, your army privileges will remain and cannot be ended before they expire.

● Army Page → “My Subscription”
．Upgrading: As soon as you purchase the new plan, your army status will be updated immediately, and you can enjoy the perks of the new plan right away. The remaining days from your previous plan will be rolled over to your new subscription plan based on their original value.
．Downgrading: Please head to the website to cancel your current subscription plan. The canceled plan will be valid until it expires, after which you can subscribe to a new plan.
■ On the App
“Profile” → Army Subscription → Select between Switch Plan and Unsubscribe.
．Upgrading on Android: As soon as you purchase the new plan, your army status will be updated immediately, and you can enjoy the perks of the new plan right away. The old subscription will not be refunded, and the streamer will continue to receive payment from the old plan until it ends.
．Downgrading on Android: As soon as you purchase the new plan, your army status will be updated immediately, and you can enjoy the perks of the new plan right away. The old subscription will not be refunded, and the streamer will continue to receive payment from the old plan until it ends.
※ If the app says you have reached the limit for subscribing, upgrading, or downgrading, please head to the website to downgrade.
．Upgrading on iOS: As soon as you purchase the new plan, your army status will be updated immediately, and you can enjoy the perks of the new plan right away. The remaining days of the previous plan, which is calculated based on data provided by Apple, will be refunded to you. If it’s less than a full day, it will be counted as one day.
．Downgrading on iOS: The previous plan will remain valid until it expires, after which the new plan will begin immediately.

▼ How Streamers Get Baby Coins
After you have made your purchase, the streamer will receive a certain amount of Baby Coins on a daily basis based on the plan you subscribed to.
■ Switch Plans
● Upgrading on the Website: After you have made your purchase, the streamer will start receiving Baby Coins from the new plan every day. In the meantime, the streamer will receive Baby Coins from the previous plan until it expires.
．e.g.: If on January 15, you choose to switch your plan from Captain (purchased on January 1) to Colonel, the streamer will be entitled to the Baby Coins from both plans between January 15 and January 31 until the previous plan expires.
● Downgrading on the Website: The canceled plan will be valid until it expires, after which you can subscribe to a new plan. When your new plan begins, the streamer will receive Baby Coins daily.
．e.g.: If on January 15 you choose to cancel your Colonel plan (purchased on January 1), the streamer will be entitled to the Baby Coins from the canceled plan between January 1 and January 31. After you subscribe to the Captain plan on February 1, the streamer will start receiving the Baby Coins from the new plan.
● Upgrading on Android: After you have made your purchase, the streamer will start receiving Baby Coins from the new plan every day. In the meantime, the streamer will receive Baby Coins from the previous plan until it expires.
．e.g.: If on January 15, you choose to switch your plan from Captain (purchased on January 1) to Colonel, the streamer will be entitled to the Baby Coins from both plans between January 15 and January 31 until the previous plan expires.
● Downgrading on Android: After you have made your purchase, the streamer will start receiving Baby Coins from the new plan every day. In the meantime, the streamer will receive Baby Coins from the previous plan until it expires.

The streamer will no longer receive Baby Coins from the previous plan after the day you make the purchase. The remaining days of the previous plan, calculated based on Apple's data, will be refunded to you.
．e.g.: If on January 15, you choose to switch your plan from Captain (purchased on January 1) to Colonel, the streamer will be entitled to the Baby Coins from the previous plan between January 1 and January 15. From January 15 onwards, the Baby Coins the streamer receives will be from the new plan. The remaining days, which are from January 15 to January 31, will be refunded to you.
● Downgrading on iOS: The previous plan will remain valid until it expires, after which the new plan will begin immediately.
．e.g.: If on January 15, you choose to switch your plan from Colonel (purchased on January 1) to Captain, the streamer will be entitled to the Baby Coins from the previous plan between January 1 and January 31. After February 1, the streamer will start receiving Baby Coins from the new plan.
■ Payment Methods
． If you are paying with a credit card
It would be equivalent to purchasing the number of Baby Coins the subscription plan charges. The Baby Coins will be sent to the streamer on a daily basis. You can check how your coins are used by going to Profile → Settings → My Coins → Coin Use.
． If you are paying with Baby Coins:
① The amount of the subscription plan will be subtracted from the total number of Baby Coins you have upon payment. ② The Baby Coins we charge will be sent to the streamer on a daily basis. You can check how your coins are used by going to Profile → Settings → My Coins → Coin Use.
▼ Army Plans
On the website: there are 1-month/3-month/6-month subscription plans, and the expiration date will be prolonged after auto-renewal.
On the app: users can only purchase 1-month plans on the app.
▼ Gift Army Subscription
● Users can gift other users army subscriptions. Once they become an army member, they can enjoy privileges such as army-exclusive gifts and entry animations.
▼ Army Perks
Perks vary based on subscription plan. The screenshot below is for demonstration purposes only.
● Entry Animation: whenever you enter the streamer’s livestream, an Army-themed entry animation will be displayed. To disable this feature, head to “Profile” → “Style” → “Entry Animation” and toggle off the Army entry animation.
● Comment Badge: show off your Army status with an exclusive comment badge.
● Front Row: Army members appear at the top of the streamer’s Front Row list, according to rank.
● Free Barrage Messages: receive a certain amount of free barrage messages, based on your subscription rank.
● Achievement Score: when you enter the streamer’s livestream, they’ll receive an achievement score boost which helps them climb the Popular Page. The more army members in the livestream, the higher the boost.
● Army-only Streams: when the streamer starts an army-only stream, only members at a certain rank or higher can view.
● Paid Post: Streamers can make their Paid Post exclusive to Army members of certain ranks
● Exclusive Gifts: send exclusive, army-them

▼ Customize Your Army
● Profile → “My Army” and check your Army info.
● Check CRM: You can check your Army data..
● Customize your Army: You can name your Army, Ranks, and set up promoted plans.
① Click “Edit” to change the name of the Army or Ranks.
② Select the subscription plan you’d like to promote—users will see the promoted plans first.
● Section ① allows you to change the names of your Army and Ranks. After the change has been made, the name will be reviewed. Once it passes the review, the new name will be reflected immediately and we will send you a notification.
③ The name of the Army should be 2-20 characters in length.
④ The name of the Rank should be 4-10 characters in length.
※ As long as it doesn’t exceed the character limit, you can use as many Chinese, Japanese, and English characters, numbers, underscores, and periods as you like.
※ Other special characters and emojis are not supported.
※ The proposed name cannot start with “17.”
※ Default Rank names cannot be used.
※ If the name has been taken by others, it cannot be used again.
※ Please refrain from using inappropriate language.
What users will see:
※Users can scroll right and tap “More” to see other plans that are not promoted.
Note
※ If a streamer you are subscribed to gets their account suspended, please manually cancel the auto-renewal in the app if you subscribed via the app. For web-based subscriptions, the renewal will automatically fail.
※ If your account is suspended, all auto-renewals for the streamers you have subscribed to will be canceled.
※ If you are blacklisted by a streamer/assistant, your army subscription will continue until you manually cancel the auto-renewal.
※ If your subscription using Baby Coins fails, the system will attempt to charge daily until the subscription period expires. If you cancel the subscription during this period, the system will stop trying to charge.
