▼ Overview
① Select the time range of the data you’d like to query. You can select “Today,” “Last 7 days,” “This month,” or “Custom” (maximum 365 days).
② Select the key indicator.
● Baby Coins: check the total number of received Baby Coins and those gained from Army.
● Stream Time: check the cumulative total of your streaming hours.
※ Livestreams lasting over 30 minutes will be counted as “valid livestreams.” A streamer can have at most 120 minutes of valid stream time per day.
※ Contracted streamers can check relevant info via “Time Streamed.”
● Subscribers: check the number of repeat Army subscribers and first-time subscribers.
※ The number of subscribers the streamer has on the “last day” of the selected time range. First-time Subscribers are subscribers who join the streamer’s Army for the very first time.
● Follower Growth: check the number of the increase in your followers. Follower Growth is calculated as the number of “New Follows” minus that of “Unfollows.” If the number of “Unfollows” is large than that of “New Follows,” the Follower Growth will become a minus value.
※ Accounts that have been removed will not be counted.
※ Those accounts that have been blocked will still be counted.
※ If the streamer or assistant blocks the follower, they will be removed from the follower list and will not be back on the list even when unblocked.
③ Daily Trends: the overall statistics based on the selected time range. Details will be shown after you hit the graph or hover the cursor at the top of the graph.
④ Data is updated every 2-4 hours; you can check the last update time on the page of each indicator.
▼ For Viewers
① Viewership Competitiveness
This insight informs streamers as to how much higher their viewership is compared to other streamers of the same level in the same religion.
※ The metric contracted streamers see is on their contract regions, whereas for organic streamers, the metric they see is based on where their accounts were registered.
※ Based on the highest level the streamer has achieved within the selected time range, they are categorized by the following level groups: Lv1-10, Lv11-30, Lv31-50, Lv51-70, Lv71-100, and Lv100+.
※ E.g.: Streamer A is in the US, and they were at Level 5 on 3/20, and have leveled up to Level 11 on 3/27.
In a single day: On 3/20, there were a total of 1,000 streamers at Level 1-10 in the US. Streamer A was ranked 99th in viewership. A’s competitiveness is calculated as (1000-99)/1000 ≈ 0.90 → A’s viewership rate surpassed 90% of other streamers on 3/20.
Average for a given period: from 3/20 to 3/27, there are a total of 500 streamers at Level 11-30 in Japan. Streamer A is ranked 500th in viewership. A’s competitiveness is calculated as (500-500)/500 = 0 → A’s viewership surpasses 0% of other streamers from 3/20 to 3/27.
② Engaged Viewers
Understand the proportion of viewers who watched continuously for at least 5 minutes during the selected time period, and the breakdown of new and returning viewers.
● Engaged Viewers: viewers who watch the livestream continuously for at least 5 minutes during the selected time period.
● New Engaged Viewers: viewers who have never watched the streamer’s livestream before and watched for the first time during the selected time period.
● Returning Engaged Viewers: viewers who have watched the streamer’s livestream before and return to watch.
※ A high proportion of engaged viewers indicated that the livestream was able to attract viewers, possibly due to interesting content or living up to viewer’s expectations.
※ More views from new viewers suggest that the content attracted fewer returning but has more exposure to the group of new viewers.
※ More views from returning viewers suggest a group of loyal viewers, possibly contributing to stable viewership.
③ Top Viewer
Select the time range to check the list of the top 20 viewers who have sent the most Baby Coins in total.
● Baby Coins: include BBC sent in livestreams and for subscription
● Snack Sent: cumulative number of snacks sent
● Comment Left: cumulative number of comments left by viewers in the livestream, excluding barrages and marquees
● Watch Time: cumulative watch time of viewers watching the streamer’s livestream.
※ Viewers in “Invisible Mode” or “Private Mode” will still appear in the list.
※ Viewers in “Anonymous Leaderboard” will have their IDs and profile displayed in Anonymous style.
※ If a viewer’s account is deleted, their ID will be “I logged off.”
④ How Viewers Find Your Streams
Understand from which internal page viewers entered the streamer’s livestream within the past 30 days.
※ To view this data, streamers must have more than 10 unique viewers in the past 30 days.
※ When the same viewer enters the same livestream from different pages, it will only be counted once.
※ If the same viewer enters different livestreams of the streamer, each entry is counted separately.
⑤ What Your Audience Watches
Discover the topics that the streamer’s audience is most interested in on 17LIVE within the past 30 days. This helps the streamer have more insight into the audience’s interest for content strategy and explore collaboration opportunities with other streamers.
※ To view this data, streamers must have more than 10 unique viewers in the past 30 days.
※ The list displays the top 5 genres based on viewership among the streamer’s audience.
※ For the same topic, we sum the viewership across different regions.
⑥ Subscribers
Select between “Subscribing” and “Unsubscribed” to check the full list of Army subscriptions.
※If subscribers turn on “Invisible Mode,” there could be a discrepancy between the number of subscribers listed in Analytics and the number listed on the Army page. We are working to fix this issue as soon as possible.
Note
※ Contracted streamers will see the statistics calculated based on the time zone in their contract region; organic streamers will see the statistics calculated based on the time zone in the region of their registration.
※ The time zone of the calculation of the statistics may vary based on the contract region and date.
.For example, if the streamer’s register region is TW, and they become a contracted streamer in the US on December 1, then the calculation will be in line with the time zone in the US. Also, the statistics for the timezone in TW (7 am on December 1), will be converted to the statistics for the time zone in the US (November 31) due to the contract.
