●Users can send lucky bags under the Surprise tab in the giftbox. Each lucky bag comes with a certain probability of hitting the grand prize. Each unsuccessful attempt contributes to the decrease of the number in the counter (“X times left before GP”). At the moment when it goes down to zero, the user who purchases the lucky bag will get a guaranteed prize.
※ The number in the counter will be reset if a jackpot is hit before a guaranteed prize is given.
※ Not each lucky bag comes with a guaranteed prize, and guaranteed prizes vary. Please refer to the information shown in the page.

※If the limited gift gained from the lucky bag is part of an event, the streamer will receive event points accordingly. You can also directly select the desired limited gift to send.

※ Once the purchase limit is reached, the time expires, or the items are sold out, further purchases will not be possible

● If you happen to draw a level-up gift from the lucky bag, you can check the details on the level-up gifts you’ve drawn.
※ Please refer to the descriptions and be mindful that not all lucky bags contain level-up gifts.
● “Level-Up Gift Collection” only shows the level-up gifts you’ve drawn from lucky bags. Information regarding the levels of the gifts, the number of level-up gifts that have been sent, and the requirement for reaching the next level will be shown.
● When you hit the jackpot, get the level-up gift, or are about to reach zero on the number in the counter, Marquee will be shown in the livestream.
