Creating an Account with 17LIVE and Logging in

You can also chat, gift, and share livestreams to interact with streamers.

When signing up for an account, please be aware that you agree to our 17LIVE App User Rules. When you violate 17LIVE App User Rules, 17LIVE will take action according to the nature of the violation, including issuing warnings, ending livestreams, and/or suspending accounts.


＜2023/10/4 Update＞
-Fast-tracked registration process: the system will automatically generate a default username, enabling users to have a 17LIVE account right away. Users can make changes to their accounts afterwards.

● Head to “Log In” page → Select how you’d like to create an account with us

※ If you are using an Android device, “Sign in with Apple” isn’t available.
※ How the registration methods are arranged varies from region to region. Please refer to the actual page that you access.



■ Third-Party Login Methods
● When you tap a third-party login method, you will be directed to an authentication page provided by the platform. Please make sure you have logged in to Facebook/Line/Twitter/Google/Apple before the registration.

● After the authentication, please indicate if you’d like to receive promotional emails from us.

■ Register via Phone Number
● Select your country code and put in your phone number.



● If the phone number has been used, you will see “Phone number already registered.”



● We will send you a verification code to your mobile phone number. Please enter the six-digit verification code to finish the verification process.
※ The SMS may not be delivered if you are in an area with a poor signal.
※ If you’ve installed a “call-blocking app” (e.g. Whoscall) or turned on Do Not Disturb, you may not be able to receive or see text messages.
※ If you have enabled features for filtering out Business SMS, you may not be able to receive verification codes. Please contact your service provider to disable this feature.



● Create your password
※ Passwords must have 8-20 alphanumeric characters in length and it is recommended to use a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, as well as numbers, to enhance password strength.
※ For security purposes, we recommend that you create a unique password.
※ Avoid using easily guessable passwords with obvious meanings, such as birthdays, phone numbers, ID card numbers, or personal information.



■ Editing Your Profile
● After you finish the registration, a default username will be generated. To make any changes, please head to “Profile” and tap the icon on the top right.

※ There is only one chance for a free username change. To change your username a second time, or if you would like to include more characters/symbols in your username, please click the link below to contact the VIP team.
