How to fix the audio issues on my live-stream

IOS user:

Go to the Setting General > 17LIVE > Follow prompts to allow access to your phone

Android user:

Option 1: Make sure your Android has been updated to the latest version, then close 17LIVE, try to log in again, and agree to all system notifications afterward.
Option 2: Go to the Setting > Application > 17LIVE > Follow prompts to allow access to your phone
