Streamers will receive a random gift when a lucky bag is sent to them. Lucky bags can contain valuable and expensive gifts; users can’t predict or select what gift they will send to streamers through lucky bags.

Level-up gift: when a user sends a level-up gift from a lucky bag, the marquee will be displayed in the livestream.
※ Minimum requirement of operating system
iOS: v3.241.0
Android: v2.156.0
● Go to the livestream → Click the gift box icon
● Select the “Surprise” tab and you can choose which lucky bag you’d like to send to the streamer.

● If you happen to draw a level-up gift from the lucky bag, you can check the details on the level-up gifts you’ve drawn.
※ Please refer to the descriptions and be mindful that not all lucky bags contain level-up gifts.
● “Level-Up Gift Collection” only shows the level-up gifts you’ve drawn from lucky bags. Information regarding the levels of the gifts, the number of level-up gifts that have been sent, and the requirement for reaching the next level will be shown.
● When you get valuable prizes or level-up gifts, a marquee will be shown in the livestream.
※ If a level-up gift is drawn, the details about its title and level will be shown in both the marquee and the comment section.
